How to send the email confirmation of a reservation to my property?

To send the email confirmation of a reservation to your property's email address, go to on > Reservations in the sidebar of your administrator area:

  1. Select the reservation you wish to access and click on > View booking details
  2. In Summary section, click on the three little dots and select > Resend the confirmation to the hotel
The confirmation email is in any case automatically sent to the email address of your property when a reservation is made. This is not the case only for manual bookings, where therefore you will have to follow these steps.
