How to send the booking email to the customer?
To send a confirmation email to your customer, go to the details of the booking (not sure about the procedure to follow? Check out this article: How to see the booking summary?)
- You will see in the "booking" section, a button with three small dots.
- Click on it and you will have different options, click on "Resend confirmation to the guests"
- A confirmation window will appear, click on "Confirm" and the email will be sent!
