How to refund a payment made with Stripe?

Sometimes, you may have to refund a payment made with Stripe, fro example when a guest pays you directly at the hotel. Here is how to do it in steps!

To get started, log in to your Dashboard in Amenitiz website.
  1. Go to "Reservations" menu.

  1. Look for the reference of the reservation you are dealing with.

By typing in your guest's name the search will be easier!
  1. Click on "View booking details".

  2. Go to the "Cards" tab and click on the 3 dots to open the options.

  3. Click on "Cancel payment".

When refunding a payment, you refund the full amount of the payment.
