How to delete or cancel a charge on my booking?

To delete a charge from one of your bookings, you simply go to > Reservations in your Amenitiz administrator area left sidebar.

Once here, you will find all your bookings. Click on the desired booking and follow the next steps:

  1. Go to > Charges,
  2. Go to the charge you wish to delete,
  3. Click on >...> Delete:

Once you delete a charge, be aware that you cannot undo this action. If you want to, you will have to recreate the charge again.

Note that you can't delete a charge that is in the past. If you wish to do so, you can in this case "cancel it". This will create a negative charge with the date of change that we call "counterpart", which is a reversal of the charge:

  1. Go to > Charges,
  2. Go to the charge you wish to cancel,
  3. Click on >...> Cancel:

Once you cancel a charge, be aware that you cannot undo this action.
