How to cancel a reservation?

In order to cancel a reservation into your Amenitiz system, go to > Reservations in your Amenitiz administrator area left sidebar.

Once here, you will find all your bookings. Click on the booking you wish to cancel and follow the next steps:

  1. Click on > View booking details of the reservation,
  2. In Summary section, click on the three little dots and click on > Cancel the booking.
  3. Confirm your action.

Once canceled, you will no longer be able to change the status of this booking.
Please note that if you cancel a booking coming from an OTA this information won't be sent to the OTA. To cancel a booking coming from an OTA, you have to do it from the OTA extranet side.
