How to cancel a booking

To cancel a manual or direct booking, click on "Reservations" in your Amenitiz administrator area sidebar.

  • The last column to the right of your customer's booking, titled "Status", offers you the possibility to check the status of your booking among "Confirmed" or "Canceled".
  • The next step is to click on "see details" of the booking in question,

  • Once at this stage, a window will appear with the traveler’s information, click on the three small dots at the top right of your screen and press "cancel the booking ".
If you have confirmed the cancellation of the booking, you will no longer be able to change the status of this booking. If you have canceled this booking in error, you will have to create it again.
