Why don't I have access to my channel manager?

To have access to your channel manager, you need to go to the tab > Channel manager on your Amenitiz administrator area:

In order to have access, you must have chosen a package that includes this functionality: Sales Pro + or Ultimate + package. If you don't have access, please contact the support service via chat if you would like more information about the different existing plans.

In order to launch the connection with the different OTAs through the channel manager, do not hesitate to contact the support team as this operation requires the intervention of our teams.
