The dashboard is the main screen you land on when signing in Amenitiz. It is divided in 2 parts: your statistics of the month, and your activity of the today.

Your statistics this month:

  • New bookings this month: This is all the bookings you have received since the beginning of the month. It is not the number of bookings where the stay is included in this month.

  • Month to date: This is the sum of charges of the bookings during this month to date, not taking into account cancelled bookings. Charges can be nights sold, extras, city tax and taxes. Note that this includes paid and unpaid charges.

    Example:
You are looking at your dashboard on May 3rd. You have a booking between April 28th and May 2nd. For each of those days, you have sold a room at 100€ a night and a breakfast at 10€ per breakfast. Your "Month to date" number will display the sum of the charges for the nights of the 1st and 2nd of May, meaning 220€. The charges that are in April will not be displayed because they are not included in the month of May.

Keep in mind that the date taken into account to add up all the charges of the ongoing month is the date of the creation of the charge.
If you would like to see which charges are being taken into account to calculate your "Month to Date", you can download your charges report by going into Reports, and then the Reports subsection.

  • Since January: This is the sum of charges of the bookings that are during this year until today, not taking into account cancelled bookings. Charges can be nights sold, extras, city tax and taxes. Note that this included paid and unpaid charges.

    Example:
You are looking at your dashboard in January. You have a booking that is between December 28th and January 2nd. For each of those days, you have sold a room at 100€ a night and a breakfast at 10€ per breakfast. Your "Month to date" number will display the sum of the charges for the nights of the 1st and 2nd of January, meaning 220€. The charges that are in December will not be displayed because they are not included in the current year.
