Link rooms to a cottage

This feature allows you to link ROOMS together in a COTTAGE only if you have a BNB type of property with Amenitiz

This means that when you receive a reservation for one of the linked rooms, the entire cottage will become unavailable, and it works both ways, when the cottage is booked, all linked room become unavailable.

⚠️ It is important to note that this feature only works with individual rooms and not with rooms that have a stock of more than one unit. Also, while the feature will adjust inventory stock, you can still freely add stock again, so be careful when using the bulk update of availability because it can cause overbooking.

To activate this synchronization :

1. Go to the Booking Engine settings section of your Account
2. Click on the "options" Tab top left
3. You will be able to authorize the link by clicking on "Yes" and save the changes.
4. You can then link the rooms you want to a cottage by editing each room and selecting the cottage in the "Link to a cottage" section of each rooms 

It's important to remember that if you change the accommodation type after the link has been created, the sharing of availabilities will not work any more.

It's also important to note that existing bookings won't be affected if you activate this option after any booking already being informed in your calendar.
