See the meaning of the different icons to easily find important information without having to click on each booking. Check the information related to your rooms directly on your calendar.
In the Planning section, click on Calendar to find all the ongoing bookings in a calendar format:
If the expanded view is selected on your calendar, the icons shown on your reservations will depend on the display settings that you have selected (Booking status or Payment status). Find out more about modifying the configuration of your calendar in this article.
Here is the meaning of the different icons displayed on your bookings:
- Payment status: (displayed when "Booking status" mode is selected)
The reservation is registered as unpaid
The reservation is registered as partially paid
The reservation is registered as paid - Reservation status: (displayed when "Payment status" mode is selected)
The check-in has been registered
The check-out has been registered
The check in is yet to be registered - Booking method:
Reservations from Booking.com
Reservations from Expedia
Reservations from Airbnb
Direct reservations from your Booking Engine
Reservations manually added - Other:
A comment has been added to the reservation
The number of adults and children included in the reservation
