Check the information displayed on your calendar

See the meaning of the different icons to easily find important information without having to click on each booking. Check the information related to your rooms directly on your calendar.

 

In the Planning section, click on Calendar to find all the ongoing bookings in a calendar format:

If the expanded view is selected on your calendar, the icons shown on your reservations will depend on the display settings that you have selected (Booking status or Payment status). Find out more about modifying the configuration of your calendar in this article.

Here is the meaning of the different icons displayed on your bookings:

    1. Payment status: (displayed when "Booking status" mode is selected)
      mceclip4.png  The reservation is registered as unpaid
      mceclip5.png  The reservation is registered as partially paid
      mceclip6.png  The reservation is registered as paid

    2. Reservation status: (displayed when "Payment status" mode is selected)
      mceclip7.png The check-in has been registered
      mceclip8.png The check-out has been registered
      mceclip9.png  The check in is yet to be registered

    3. Booking method:

    4. Other:
      mceclip3.png  A comment has been added to the reservation
      mceclip2.png  The number of adults and children included in the reservation
