Change the pricing per person on Airbnb

This article only applies to Airbnb connections made from your Amenitiz administrator area, in the > Channel Manager section. If you have any doubts, do not hesitate to contact our support.

In order to change your pricing per person on Airbnb, you just have to go to > Channel Manager in the sidebar of your Amenitiz administrator area, then go to > OTAS and > Airbnb.

You will arrive on the Airbnb connection settings page.

Click on the 3 horizontal dots on the right of the accommodation, and on "Airbnb Settings"

You arrive on the settings page, where you can find your pricings settings. You can modify your pricing per person from here:

1. Guests included: add the number of guests included in your price.
   
   

2. Price per extra guest: add the price per extra guest not included in your price, in €.

Example: If you have a room for maximum 4 guests, with a default price for 2 guests, and you charge €15 per additional guest, then you can add 2 guests included and €15 per extra guest.

If you have a pricing per person for several accommodations, you can repeat the operation on the other rooms.

After changing your settings, don't forget to > Update at the bottom right of the page
