If a reservation comes from an OTA, then this change has to be done from the OTA since this information won't be sent to the OTA. You can do it from Amenitiz for reservations added manually and coming from the booking engine only.
In order to modify a reservation into your Amenitiz system, go to > Reservations in your Amenitiz administrator area left sidebar.
Once here, you will find all your bookings. Click on the booking you wish to modify and on View booking details :
In the Summary tab, you will be able to edit the dates of stay for the entire reservation, or individually for each room:
- Edit the dates of stay for the entire reservation:
Click on the three dots in the top right corner, and choose Edit dates of stay:
Pick the new date and click on Check availability, and then Update dates of stay. - Edit the dates of stay for a specific room:
Click on the three dots on the right of the room's name, and choose Edit room's dates:
Pick the new date and click on Check availability, and then Update dates of stay.
In both cases, If this option does not appear, it is either because this reservation comes from an OTA, or because it is a backdated reservation, since it is not possible to change the dates of a past reservation.
If some accommodations in a booking have different arrival and/or departure dates, editing the dates for the entire reservation will merge all dates.
For bookings imported during the connection with the channel manager, the modification of the dates of stay made on the OTA will not be sent to Amenitiz.
