Refund a payment with AmenitizPay

For all the payments that were made through AmenitizPay, it is possible to refund them. This article explains you how to refund a payment, whether it is a credit card charged manually, a payment automated or an authorisation captured.


To refund a payment, please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to > Reservations in your Amenitiz administrator area left sidebar.

  2. Click on > View booking details of the reservation

  3. Go in the Payment section, click on the eye icon and then on "Refund".

  4. You will be able to refund the amount you want from the payment:


There is no commission on refunds. The full amount will be refunded to the traveler.
The payment commission will remain at your expense.
