For all the payments that were made through AmenitizPay, it is possible to refund them. This article explains you how to refund a payment, whether it is a credit card charged manually, a payment automated or an authorisation captured.
To refund a payment, please follow the steps below:
- Go to > Reservations in your Amenitiz administrator area left sidebar.
- Click on > View booking details of the reservation
- Go in the Payment section, click on the eye icon and then on "Refund".
- You will be able to refund the amount you want from the payment:
There is no commission on refunds. The full amount will be refunded to the traveler.
The payment commission will remain at your expense.
