To refund a payment, please follow the steps below:
- Go to Reservations in your Amenitiz account
- Click on View booking details of the reservation
- Go to the Payment section,
- Click on the eye icon next to the AmenitizPay transaction that you need to refund.
- Click on "Refund".
There is no commission on refunds. The full amount will be refunded to the traveler.
The payment commission will remain at your expense.
Please note that the refund process can only be completed using the account owner's login
