Filters in the Calendar View

The calendar in the planning section plays an essential role in booking management as it centralizes all your bookings coming from the different channels, it provides you with a real-time overview of the status of your reservations, including checked-in, checked-out, paid, unpaid and more, you have all this information available in just one page. This article provides you with helpful information about the filter in the calendar view

 

To see this filter and to use it, you need to:

  1. Go to Planning
  2. Click on "Calendar"
  3. Click on "Filters"
  4. Select what you want to filter
  5. Save filters

Filters you apply will remain active and set for the entire calendar. If you wish to modify or remove the filters, simply click on the "Clear Filters" option located at the top of the calendar view.

Bookings can be filtered by:

  1. Check-in status:  Today's arrival, Today's departure, Booking checked-in, Booking checked-out
  2. Payment status: Booking paid, Booking unpaid, Booking partially paid, Booking overpaid, Booking with scheduled payments.
  3. Booking Sources: Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, Manual booking, Amenitiz
  4. Room categories: the specific room you want to view (e.g. standard room, superior room).
