When creating the reservation, you will add your guest and their email address:
An email will automatically be sent to your guest.
It will include 2 elements:
- Your sales terms and your terms and conditions so your guest can accept them before arriving at the property.
- The possibility for your guest to pay by credit card, or by bank transfer.

If payments are managed on the side, your guest has the possibility to only accept your terms and conditions.
You will be able to see when the sales terms have been approved from the Summary of the reservation:
If you don't have this display on your account, you can contact our support team to have it activated on your account.
The only prerequisite is to have Amenitizpay activated on your account.
